What Are Clear Aligners?

Clear aligners are custom-formed, transparent trays that fit snugly over your teeth and apply gentle, sequential pressure to shift them into place. Each tray moves your teeth a small fraction at a time, and you’ll progress through a series of trays over the course of treatment.

Wear & swap

Each tray worn ~20–22 hrs/day, swapped roughly every 1–2 weeks

Retainer

A retainer holds the new position once treatment ends

Aligners come out for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing, so there’s nothing to work around at mealtimes.

Candidacy

Am I a Candidate for Clear Aligners?

An in-person exam with Dr. Sodhi is the only way to confirm candidacy, this isn’t something a quiz or at-home kit can safely determine.
